Day 1: Arrival - Airport PickUp

On arrival you will be met by a representative from Equatorial Wild Safaris at Kigali International Airport who will warmly welcome you and then brief you about your safari. After refreshing you will have a city tour. You will visit the Genocide Memorial centers, Ivuka Arts Galleries among others. After lunch transfer to Parc National Des Volcans.

Day 2: Parc National Des Volcans – BwindiI Impenetrable National Park

After morning breakfast you will go for a hike to the Dian Fossey Grave. At the site you will find the house from where Dian Fossey was mysteriously murdered in 1985 but the more peaceful is the place where she was buried just next to her favorite gorilla, Digit and about 20 other mountain gorillas either killed by poachers or suffered death for other reasons. You will then transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable national park.

Day 3: Village Walk at Bwindi Impenetrable National Park – Fort Portal

An early morning village walk will enable you explore the culture of the local Bakiga and Batwa communities. You will enjoy blacksmith visits, craft shops and vibrant dances - all against the astounding backdrop of the forest-covered hills of Bwindi. You will then transfer to Fort portal that lies on the north eastern end of Rwenzori Mountains. Watch out for the breath taking scenery.

Day 4: Fort Portal – Murchsion Falls National Park

Transfer to Murchison falls National Park through the lush green country side. You will have a lunch break in Hoima and then proceed to Murchison falls arriving early evening

Day 5: Murchison Falls National Park

Begin your day with a cup of African coffee ready for a game drive, bird watching and sightseeing across the open savannah dotted woodland and riverine vegetation along the Nile and Albert delta. Return to the lodge for breakfast and lunch. After lunch, a three hour boat trip along the Nile gives you assured chance to see the falls from the bottom angle. Hippos, crocodiles, antelopes, and aquatic birds can be seen along the shores of the River. For those with a good level of Fitness you will get off the boat and take a hike to thetop of the falls–This historic site can only be reached from the South Bank! From the top of the falls there are fantastic advantage points that the falls can be viewed from and photographed.

Day 6: Murchsion Falls National Park - Entebbe

After breakfast you will transfer to Entebbe. You will have a stopover at the Zziwa Rhino Sanctuary then proceed passing through Kampala the Capital City of Uganda

Day 7: Entebbe

After breakfast visit Ngamba Islands Chimpanzee Sanctuary, the home to orphaned chimpanzees. You will watch them feed and play. After lunch visit Uganda Wildlife Education Centre. You will spend your evening relaxing at the beach as you watch the sunset

Day 8: Depature

Depending on your flight time you will be dropped in time to catch your flight back home
